Ingredients
- Black Currant - 500 g
- Raspberry - 500 g
- Sugar - 600 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the berry with a blender and grind through a sieve.
Add sugar, bring jelly to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Let it cool and boil for another 5 minutes.
Repeat the previous step again.
Roll the jelly into sterile jars.
