Recipe for lovers of Georgian cuisine. Spicy adjika from yellow tomatoes turns out delicious and beautiful. You can serve it with meat, fish, pasta and porridge. Do not use a garlic press, crushed with a knife, it is more fragrant.
Ingredients
- Yellow tomatoes - 3 kg
- Hot red pepper - 2 pod
- Garlic - 5 teeth
- Cilantro - 30 g
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Ground ginger - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the yellow tomatoes, coriander, hot pepper and peeled garlic.
Add butter, sugar, salt, ground ginger and simmer for 20 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Spread the adjika into sterilized jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
