- Black Currant - 2 kg
- Gooseberry - 2 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Citric acid - 1 tsp.
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the currants and gooseberries, put them in a large saucepan.
Cover with sugar, cover with a lid and put aside for 3 hours.
Add water, citric acid and boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Put the hot jam in sterilized jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and leave it warm for a day.
