- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 4 glasses

Preparing the quince. Rinse the fruits well, cut off the skin. Divide into 4 parts, remove the middle and cut into pieces.
Fill the quince with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes so that the fruits become soft.
Add sugar to the quince, mix well and cook for another 30 minutes. Turn off the jam and leave it for a day.
Cook the jam 4 times, bring it to a boil and turn it off. After 5 hours, we repeat again.
The last time we boil the jam for 15 minutes, pour it into jars and roll it up. We store it in a dark, cool place.
