Ingredients
- Cherry Plum (yellow) – 1 kg
- Garlic - 50 g
- Cilantro - 20 g
- Apple cider vinegar - 80 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Hop-suneli - 1 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cherry plum, put it in a saucepan and fill it with water.
Boil for 15 minutes, discard in a colander and cool.
Rub the cherry plum through a sieve to get rid of the seeds and peel.
Mix the resulting puree with chopped garlic and cilantro.
Add spices, salt and oil. Boil the sauce for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Pour in the vinegar, stir and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Arrange the hot sauce in sterilized jars and roll up.
