  • Onion - 300 g
  • Garlic - 50 g
  • Basil - 50 g

  • Salt - 40 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash tomatoes, make a deep cross-shaped incision, scald with boiling water and peel.

Remove the basil leaves from the stems.

Peel the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.

Chop tomatoes, basil leaves, fried garlic and onions in a blender.
