The secret of perfect apple jam slices is in high-quality slicing of apples. Cut the fruit together with the peel into identical slices and never mix different varieties of apples in one piece! Fragrant amber apple jam is a paradise for sweet tooth.
Ingredients
- Apples - 2 kg
- Sugar - 700 g
- Water - 150 ml
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l.
