Disassemble the apricots into halves and peel them from the seeds.
Chop the fruit in a blender or pass it through a meat grinder.
Add sugar, stir and leave for 1 hour.
Fill the gelatin with cold water and put it aside for 15 minutes.
Boil apricot jam for 7-10 minutes and remove from heat.
Add the blank with gelatin and mix well.
Fill the prepared jars with hot jam, roll them up and leave them in a warm place for a day.
