Vegetable caviar from zucchini for winter

As many housewives, so many different recipes for vegetable caviar. I especially love this option for its very bright and appetizing appearance. But for it you will need yellow zucchini and the same yellow tomatoes. It is simply impossible to resist!
Ingredients
- Zucchini (yellow) – 400 g
- Yellow tomatoes - 200 g
- Bell pepper (yellow) – 200 g
- Carrots - 100 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Garlic - 4 teeth
- Vegetable oil - 40 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put all the vegetables through a meat grinder.
Put on the stove, bring to a boil, pour in the oil, and cook everything over low heat for about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
At the end, add chopped garlic and spices, and cook for another 20 minutes.
Roll the caviar into sterilized jars.
