Pickled chanterelles with vinegar and garlic for winter

The best way to cook pickled chanterelles is to roll them in jars with vinegar and garlic. And it is the best not only because it is simple and affordable. Chanterelles have a bright enough taste of their own, so they don't need anything extra.
Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 1 kg
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Dill - 2 umbrella
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Vinegar - 80 ml
- Water - 800 ml
- Allspice - 4 peas
- Carnation - 2 bud
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the chanterelles in cold water for 15 minutes, and then boil another 15 in boiling water.
Drain the water and pour another 800 ml of clean.
Add all the spices and garlic, and cook for another 15 minutes.
5 minutes before the end, pour in the vinegar.
Roll chanterelles with garlic into sterile jars.
