Chop the zucchini, tomatoes, peeled onions and bell peppers.

Put the vegetables in a saucepan, mix with sugar and leave for 2 hours.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Rub the soft vegetables through a sieve.

Mix the resulting mass with salt, crushed garlic and oil. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

Pour in the vinegar, mix well and remove from the heat.

Fill the prepared jars with hot ketchup, roll them up, turn them upside down and wrap them with a thick towel for a day.
