Crispy pickled cucumbers with coriander for winter

Cooking crispy pickled cucumbers is much easier than it seems at first glance. The main thing is to buy good vegetables, and everything else will follow. I love cooking them with coriander, so I want to share this recipe today.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Coriander - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l .
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Dill - 3 umbrella
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Arrange them in sterilized jars with garlic, herbs, dill and pepper.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lids. Drain this water.
Repeat the previous step.
Boil clean water with sugar, salt and coriander.
Pour in the vinegar, pour the marinade over the cucumbers and roll up.
