Spicy Indian mango chutney sauce impresses even gourmets. But cooking it at one time is not too rational and convenient. That's why I suggest making it bigger right away and rolling it up in small jars for the winter.
Ingredients
- Mango - 4 pieces
- Chili pepper - 4 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0.5 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mango into small cubes and fry for a couple of minutes until soft.
Add chopped garlic and chili, and fry for a couple more minutes.
Add spices and vinegar, mix everything thoroughly. Whisk with a blender as desired.
Roll up the chutney in sterile jars.
