Asparagus bean salad with vegetables for winter

An unusual preparation of healthy and delicious vegetables. Cooking takes little time, and it's not a shame to brag about the results even to envious neighbors. I'm telling you my recipe for asparagus bean salad with vegetables. I guarantee you will like it!
Ingredients
- String beans - 1 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Carrots - 300 g
- Onion - 300 g
- Vinegar - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.l.
- Ground coriander - to taste
- Marjoram - to taste
- Sugar - 50 g
- Salt - 25 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop string beans, carrots, peeled onions and bell peppers.
Mix all the blanks, add salt, sugar, spices and oil. Cover with a lid and leave for 1 hour.
Pour in water and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add vinegar, mix gently and remove from heat after 1 minute.
Arrange the hot salad in the prepared container and roll it up.
