Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil the tomato juice. Add oil and chopped pepper.

Cook everything together for 40 minutes on low heat.

Add honey, vinegar, salt and crushed garlic.

Boil the lecho for another 3 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
