How good it is to have natural jam on the table at any time of the year, which can be added to pastries or even just spread on bread! And to make it in a slow cooker is fast and convenient. I recommend using ripe pears so that the jam is well boiled.

Ingredients

  • Pear - 1 kg
  • Sugar - 1 kg
  • Citric acid - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the pears and slice them randomly.

Fill them with sugar and citric acid right in the bowl of the slow cooker.

Leave for a couple of hours or overnight.

Turn on the "Extinguishing" mode for an hour.

In the process, mix the jam a couple of times. And after half an hour from the beginning, kill it with a blender.

Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
