- Black Currant - 350 g
- Sugar - 170 g
- Cherry leaves - 6-7 pieces
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the currants with sugar, add the cherry leaves and bring to a boil.
Cook the billet for about half an hour on low heat.
Remove the leaves and roll the jam into a sterile jar.
