Hunting sausages are a quick and convenient pizza filling. Like sausage, they do not need to be cooked separately – just cut them. But at the same time they give the dish a smoked flavor. Smoked paprika makes it even more obvious to emphasize this.
Ingredients
- Water - 0.5 glasses
- Flour - 2 glasses
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Tomato sauce - 100 g
- Hunting sausages - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 70 g
- Bell pepper - 80 g
- Basil - 1 handful
- Mozzarella - 80 g
- Paprika (smoked) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the eggs with salt to a froth, add water and butter and mix.
Add the sifted flour, knead the dough and roll out.
Brush the base with tomato sauce and spread out the mozzarella. Sprinkle with smoked paprika.
Cut the sausages, mushrooms and peppers, and spread them out too.
Bake the pizza for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven and sprinkle with basil.
