This version of charlotte is prepared without eggs and dairy products, so you can afford it even in the post. Orange juice should certainly be sugar-free. Pay attention to the composition or squeeze it yourself from fresh oranges.
Ingredients
- Apples - 500 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Orange juice - half a glass
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix vegetable oil, orange and lemon juice.
Add ground cinnamon, sugar, salt and flour mixed with baking powder. Knead the mass until smooth.
Peel the apple from the seeds and cut into thin slices.
Cover the mold with parchment paper and lay out the apples.
Pour in the dough and scroll the mold several times so that it is evenly distributed between the pieces of fruit.
Bake the charlotte for 50 minutes in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. I recommend cooking the last 20 minutes on convection mode.
