These are very tasty pancakes with an original filling. You can easily cook them for lunch, take them on the road or on a picnic. And as for garlic, when fried, its flavor turns out to be quite weak.
Ingredients
- Flour - 250 g
- Milk (warm) – 400 ml
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 1 art.l.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with salt and sugar.
Pour in half the milk, vegetable oil and mix.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead the mass until smooth.
Add the remaining milk, adjusting the thickness of the dough. Mix everything well again.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Pour half a ladle of dough and evenly distribute it with inclined movements over the entire surface.
Fry the pancake until golden brown on both sides. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
Chop the spinach, peeled onion and garlic. Mash the tofu with a fork.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
Add the spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes under the lid.
Turn off the heat, add tofu, salt and pepper.
Put the filling in the middle of the pancake, turn the sides inside and roll up a loose roll. Repeat the same with the remaining pancakes and filling.
