Do you like different vegetable dishes? I advise you to try pizza with broccoli, mozzarella and spinach. This is an incredible bouquet of flavors and aromas! Cabbage is pre-boiled in salted water, so that in the finished dish it turns out soft and tasty.
Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Dry yeast (high–speed) - 1 tsp.
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (warm) – 80 ml
- Broccoli - 350 g
- Mozzarella - 150 g
- Spinach - halfpuchka
- Tomato sauce - 5 art.l.
- Water (boiling water) – 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sift the flour into a wide bowl, add baking powder, yeast, salt and sugar.
Add sour cream, lightly beaten egg and warm water. Knead a soft dough.
Cover the dough with a towel and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Divide broccoli into small inflorescences, rinse and boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
Wash the spinach, shake off excess water and spread it out on a towel to dry.
Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater.
Roll out the dough into a thin cake and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Grease the billet with tomato sauce, put mozzarella, broccoli and spinach.
Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
