Ingredients
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Kefir - 150 ml
- Nuts - 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 200 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 70 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the bananas in a blender. Add kefir, butter and eggs, and whisk.
Chop the nuts separately and add to the dough. Add salt and mix.
Gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder.
Spread the mass into molds, sprinkle with nuts and bake muffins in the oven at 180 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
