A very simple, but very interesting and unusual version of cupcakes – cupcakes with corn flour instead of the usual wheat. I tell you how to cook them properly and what proportions of ingredients you will need!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 200 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 50 g
- Kefir - 5 art.l.
- Corn flour - 150 g
- Flour - 40 g
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat cottage cheese with eggs until smooth. Add the softened butter and kefir, and mix again.
Mix all the dry ingredients and gradually add to the dough.
Put it in the molds and bake the cupcakes for about 25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
