Peel and puree the bananas.

Beat the eggs lightly with sugar, salt and vanilla.

Add milk, cream, banana puree and mix.

Add the sifted flour, baking powder and mix again.

Preheat a dry frying pan, spoon a little dough in the middle and fry until golden brown on both sides.
