Is there nothing for tea? Do not rush to run to the store, because you can cook fluffy pancakes with dry yeast. There are a lot of recipes on this topic, but I'm telling my favorite one. There is never any hassle with it and the pancakes always turn out very tasty!
Ingredients
- Milk - 2 glasses
- Flour - 350 g
- Dry yeast - 3,5 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 80 ml
- Powdered sugar (for sprinkling) – 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix warm milk, sugar, dry yeast and 1 tbsp flour. Remove the sourdough for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Sift flour into a wide bowl. This is done in order to remove lumps, debris and enrich the flour with oxygen.
Add the sourdough, vanilla, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and egg beaten with salt.
Mix the mass thoroughly until smooth and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan with oil, carefully lay out the islands of dough with a tablespoon.
Brown the pancakes on both sides and put them on a paper napkin to remove excess fat.
Repeat the procedure until the dough runs out. Put the finished pancakes on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
