I often cook pancakes for breakfast and for many years I have managed to try different interesting recipes. Among the recent finds, I liked pancakes on yogurt the most. Yogurt can be used natural or with various flavorful additives.
Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 250 g
- Yogurt - 350 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with salt and sugar until fluffy foam.
Add the warm yogurt and mix well.
Pour in the sifted flour, baking powder and mix with a mixer at low speed. The dough should be thick and stringy.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, put a tablespoon of dough, giving the desired shape.
Fry until golden brown on both sides over medium heat. Spread the finished pancakes on a paper napkin to remove excess oil.
