Ingredients
- Apples (medium) – 3 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 3 art.l.
- Ground cinnamon - 0,5 tsp.
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the yolks with sugar until white.
Add vanilla, soft butter and soda, slaked with vinegar.
Pour in the sifted flour and knead the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Peel the apples, seeds and cut into small cubes.
Melt butter in a frying pan, add apples and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Add sugar, ground cinnamon and continue cooking over medium heat for another 5 minutes.
Set aside one third of the dough, roll out the rest with a cake according to the diameter of the mold.
Cover the form with baking paper, lay out the cake and the prepared filling.
Roll out the remaining dough, cut into wide strips and place on top of the apple filling.
Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
