Ingredients

- Kefir - 150 ml
- Flour - 300-350 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
For filling:
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Greenery - 1 bundle
- Cheese - 70 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix kefir, egg, butter and soda. Add flour and knead the dough.
Mix cottage cheese, chopped herbs and grated cheese.
Divide the dough into pieces, roll out into tortillas and lay out the filling.
Roll the tortillas into bags, roll them out again and fry the khachapuri in a frying pan for 4-5 minutes on each side.
