In winter, it is especially important to replenish the supply of vitamins in the body. Delicious pies with egg and green onions will help in this. I cook them with dry yeast in the oven. This simple recipe was once told to me by my sister, now I'm sharing it with you.
Ingredients
- Flour - 500 g
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l.
- Milk (warm) – 150 ml
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Dry yeast (fast-acting) – 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Egg yolks (for lubrication) – 1 piece
- Chicken eggs (boiled) – 6 pieces
- Green onion - 100 g
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, dry yeast, salt and sugar.
Add half the olive oil, warm milk and sour cream with soda.
Knead the soft dough, cover with a towel and put it away for half an hour in a warm place.
Finely chop the green onions and the eggs peeled from the shell.
Add the melted butter, salt and mix.
Sprinkle the table with flour, lay out the dough and lightly knead.
Divide the dough into 12 identical pieces, shape each into a flat cake.
Lay out a little filling and seal the edges tightly.
Grease the baking sheet with the remaining oil, put the pies seam down and put them in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Grease the pies with yolk and send them to the preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
