As part of experiments on the combination of Georgian and European traditions, I propose to cook such closed khachapuri with chicken and mozzarella. Serve them with fresh vegetables, favorite herbs and homemade wine to taste.

For filling:
- Chicken fillet - 200 g
- Mozzarella - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Sour cream - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, add kefir and knead the mass.
Add the melted butter and mix again.
Finely chop the chicken and pepper, and fry until half cooked. Mix with sour cream and grated mozzarella.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll out into layers and lay out the filling.
Roll everything into bags, roll out again and fry the khachapuri in a greased frying pan under a lid for 5 minutes on each side.
