Mushroom caviar from boiled mushrooms for winter

A great dish for a quick snack. Mushroom caviar from boiled mushrooms is a real lifesaver when there are no more products in the refrigerator. You can cook it from any mushrooms. The main thing is to pre-boil them in salted water with spices.
Ingredients
- Mushrooms (boiled) – 1 kg
- Carrots - 250 g
- Onion - 250 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Nutmeg (ground) – 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tsp.
- Salt - 1,5 art.l.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the onion. Grate the carrots.
Fry onions and carrots in oil until golden brown.
Mince boiled mushrooms and fried vegetables.
Put in a deep saucepan, add water, spices, sugar, salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped garlic and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, put it in sterilized jars and roll it up.
