Excellent jam is obtained not only from cherries or strawberries, but also from grapes. It's not so familiar, but very tasty and original. I prefer to cook it from blue grapes, so this is the recipe I will share.
Ingredients
- Grapes (blue) – 1 kg
- Water - 150 ml
- Sugar - 800 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil until the syrup is smooth.
Put the grapes in it and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
Grind the mass with a blender or grind through a sieve.
Bring to a boil again and roll into sterile jars.
