- Irga - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 200 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the syrup from water and 500 g of sugar. Boil for 5 minutes.
Put the washed irga into it, bring to a boil and boil for another 10 minutes.
Add the remaining sugar and boil the jam for another 15-20 minutes.
Roll it up in sterile jars.
