- Figs - 3 kg
- Orange - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the fig tails and cut it into pieces.
Bring to a boil and cook for 40-45 minutes, stirring.
Add the juice of oranges and lemons. There is also cinnamon. If desired, a spoonful of rum.
Bring the jam to a boil again, boil for 2 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
