Do you like garden cherry jam, but can't stand messing with bones? You can even cook your favorite treat with them. Of course, there are nuances here, and I will tell you about them in detail later in the recipe. But the rest of the jam is just great!

Ingredients

  • Cherry (sadovaya) – 500 g
  • Sugar - 900 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the cherries, cover with sugar and leave for 1 hour.

Bring to a boil and boil the jam for 5 minutes, removing the foam.

Let it cool down and repeat the previous step. Do this 2-3 more times.

Put the boiling jam into sterilized jars for the last time and roll it up.
