Over the years, I have tried a fair number of canned soup recipes, some even managed to refine. For example, I learned how to prepare a dressing for cabbage soup without cabbage. It can be added during broth cooking already in winter.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop tomatoes, carrots, celery, peeled onions and bell peppers.

Fry the onion and carrot in oil until soft.

In a large saucepan, mix the bell peppers, tomatoes, celery, roast and garlic passed through the press. Cover with a lid and leave at room temperature for half an hour.

Add water, salt and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat.

Pour in the vinegar, boil for another 10 minutes and close in the prepared jars.
