Ingredients
- Apples (antonovka) – 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 1.5 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the apples, slice and cover with sugar. Leave it for a couple of hours.
Bring the billet to a boil and cook for 70-80 minutes on low heat.
If the apples are not completely boiled, rub the jam through a sieve.
Roll it up in sterilized jars.
