Fragrant homemade jam from antonovka has a sweet and rich taste that goes well with toast, rolls and even meat dishes. The secret is that you can add almost any spices to your taste – from simple vanilla or cinnamon to hot pepper or cloves.

Ingredients

  • Apples (antonovka) – 1.5 kg
  • Sugar - 1.5 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the apples, slice and cover with sugar. Leave it for a couple of hours.

Bring the billet to a boil and cook for 70-80 minutes on low heat.

If the apples are not completely boiled, rub the jam through a sieve.

Roll it up in sterilized jars.
