Ingredients

  • Honeydew - 1.2 kg
  • Water - 1 l
  • Vinegar (essence) – 1.5 tsp.
  • Salt - 2 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 1 art.l.
  • Garlic - 2 teeth
  • Carnation - 4 bud
  • Allspice - 6 peas
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort out the honeydew, boil for 20 minutes in boiling water and put it in a colander.

Separately boil a liter of water with the remaining ingredients.

Put the honey mushrooms in the marinade and boil for another 20 minutes.

Roll the mushrooms into sterile jars.
