- Sausage - 150 g

- Meat broth (or water) – 1.5 l
- Tomato juice - 300 ml
- Pickled cucumbers - 120 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Olives - 1 bank
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft.
Add all the chopped meat products and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, pour all the broth and cook until the potatoes are ready.
5-7 minutes before the end, add tomato juice, olives and grated cucumbers.
