If you prefer a brighter and more expressive taste of okroshka dressing, add a little mayonnaise to it. She will lose absolutely nothing from this. I advise you to try it at least once on occasion! When serving, decorate the dish with herbs.

- Sausage - 350 g
- Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Carrots - 3 pieces
- Chicken eggs - 6 pieces
- Cucumbers - 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 250 g
- Green onion - 1 bundle
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil potatoes, carrots and eggs in advance until ready.
Finely chop and mix all the ingredients, season with mayonnaise.
Season the okroshka as desired and fill with cold water.
