Soups with melted cheese have long been classics. It's always delicious and interesting, especially since you can add such cheese almost anywhere. For example, in the classic pea soup-mashed peas.
Ingredients
- Peas (stabbed) – 400 g
- Meat broth - 1.5 l
- Processed cheese - 80 g
- Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak the peas for a couple of hours and rinse.
Coarsely chop the potatoes and pour the broth over them with the peas. Cook until tender.
Fry the onion until golden, add it to the soup and cook for another 5 minutes.
Grind the mass with a blender and put it on the fire again.
Add the melted cheese and cook over low heat until it dissolves.
