If you want to pamper your family with a delicious fish dish, cook fish soup in Finnish. It is prepared with red fish and a standard set of vegetables. The main highlight can be called the addition of cream. They give the dish an amazing taste and aroma.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the fillet of red fish and cut into small pieces.

Peel and slice potatoes, bell peppers and leeks. Grate the carrots.

In a saucepan with cold water, add potatoes and black pepper peas. Cook for 10 minutes.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the leeks, carrots, bell peppers and fry lightly.

Add red fish and fried vegetables to the pan and cook for another 10 minutes.

Pour in the cream, add salt and mix. Warm up for 2 minutes on low heat and turn off. Infuse the ear under the lid for 10-15 minutes.

When serving, add fresh dill to the plate.
