Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 800 g
- Bell pepper - 2 pieces
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Hot red pepper - 1 pinch
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pumpkin and pepper into small cubes and fry in olive oil.
Pour water so that it completely covers the vegetables, and boil until soft.
Puree the soup with a blender and add all the spices. If necessary, dilute it with boiling water to the desired consistency.
