We have all been used to preparations of currants, raspberries or cherries for a long time. But what can we say about more unusual berries? Today I want to tell you about one of my favorites. This is a jam from yoshta with its wonderful and pleasant sweet and sour taste.
Ingredients
- Yoshta - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the yoshta with sugar and leave it for a couple of hours or overnight.
Bring to a boil and boil the jam over low heat to the desired density.
Mash the berries with a pusher in the process if desired.
Roll the jam into sterilized jars.
