Prepare the vegetables for preservation. Rinse them well and dry them. Peel the garlic from the husk.
Radish and carrot three on a coarse grater and mix well. It can be folded into a jar in layers.
We take two cans and divide all the ingredients in half, put them in this order. Put vinegar, bay leaf and garlic on the bottom. Spread the radish and carrots on top.
Sprinkle salt, sugar, and a parsley leaf on top. Fill the jar with boiling water, cover with a lid and leave to sterilize for 20 minutes. After we roll up the jar, turn it over and wrap it with a towel. When the jars are completely cooled, we send them to a cool place.
