  • Rosehip - 200 g
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Water - 200 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Fill the washed rosehip with water and boil over low heat until the berries are soft.

Rub the mass through a sieve and add sugar.

Cook the jam on low heat until desired density - 20-30 minutes.

Roll it up in sterile jars.
