  • Plums - 1.5 kg
  • Water - 1 glass
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Remove the seeds from the plum and slice.

Boil the sugar with water and boil the syrup until dissolved.

Put the plums in it and bring it to a boil again.

Boil the jam for 5 minutes, remove it from the heat and let it cool.

Repeat the previous step twice more.

Boil the jam for another 5 minutes and roll it into sterilized jars.
