If you want to cook your favorite adjika for the winter, but there is no desire to stand at the stove – catch a proven recipe without cooking. And to make the snack more original, add prunes to it. This is one of the best additions to the classic adjika.
Ingredients
- Bell pepper - 1 kg
- Prunes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes, peel the peppers, and rinse the prunes thoroughly.
Put all the ingredients through a meat grinder and add salt.
Store adjika in sterile jars in a cold place.
