Usually, if citrus fruits go into fruit compotes, then it's just a little juice or zest. But this recipe is completely different. Apricots, oranges, lemons – all this goes into the compote in whole pieces. Incredibly delicious and healthy!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Disassemble the apricots into halves and cut all the citruses into thin slices.
Put in sterile jars, cover with sugar and leave for 5 minutes.
Pour boiling water over the fruit, cover with a lid and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the syrup, boil it again and pour it back for another 10 minutes.
Drain and boil the syrup again, pour in the fruit and roll up the compote.
