- Dogwood - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 250 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Dogwood berries are well washed and dried.
In a container with a thick bottom, prepare sugar syrup. Dissolve the sugar in water, bring the syrup to a boil and cool.
Pour the berries into the syrup, mix and leave for 3 hours so that the berries let their own juice.
Put the jam container on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 40 minutes.
Pour the finished jam into sterilized jars, cool and store in a dark place.
